My name is Corey Hall, but i go by my nickname Gordy Myrick. I was born in Mississippi right around Tupelo. I took up guitar at 12 and bought a bass at 13. I fell in love and found my place. I still play guitar by myself, but I am in my second Christian band now. We seriously rock! My headline says !!! I am Astonished !!! because that is a song I wrote and composed that is famous in my local area. I am a normal guy that loves to play bass.

| I own a Fender Geddy Lee Jazz Bass, and an okay 150 watt radioshack amp. I am about to buy a new halfstack very soon.
I also own an old Lotus bass that I use to practice on, and beat the crap out of. |

Last night, I went to Tupelo and saw Hinder, Chevelle, Hoobastank, and Nickelback. It was freaking awesome. The best player there was probably hoobastank's bass player #1. Then dude from Chevelle was #2 , and it was close for him and the bass from hinder which was #3, and nickelback's bass player played a spector. He seemed okay. but his sound and playing not on the same page or something. There was a fight RIGHT next to me and Chad Kroeger got everyone to look over there and started yelling chill the f*** out! I gave him a rock out sign. It was awesome. I think the best band there was close between Nickelback and hoobastank because of hoobastank good sound, and then Chevelle, and then hinder. But they were all cool. |

Awesome, always better to have more practice space. I was actually thinkin about getting a Geddy Lee bass, but i liked the sound of a precision bass more (got more punch to it). So a got a Fender 60th anniversary P-bass, and i loves it. |

I forgot to tell you, I'm in a band called Eclipse, I play bass and Im the lead vocals, I'm trying to get my mom's friend (Scout for Warner Brother music Canada) to get a recording studio to record a song. Im Christian but not Christian rock band. Our drummer is freakin good though, 7 years of playing. |
