WEll, I've been playin bass for around three years now. I got into bass because EVERYONE of my friends plays guitar and I wanted to play something different. My friends girlfriends dad has an old old gibson from the '80s that im tryin to get him to sell to me for a couple hundred. I dont know what model it is or exactly how old it is yet, but Its in real good shape and Im pretty sure Ill be able to talk him into selling it cus he never plays it. Right now all I have is a little memphis, but I got some nice Active EMGs on it and it puts out some nice sound. I usually just play songs that have cool bass lines, but Im trying to decide if I want to get into the blues or if I want to get into metal, i dont know yet so im still just messin around intell i find my style.

Equipment:

Memphis bass with EMG actives. I bought it from someone my dad knew (without the emg's) for 200 dollars and since then i have been trying to find out about the company and i cant find anything so if you know anything about memphis guitars will u please message me. 1981 Gibson victory series. Behringer ultra bass bt-108 and b600. zoom b2 pedal.
