I just got a 4 string starter bass about 4 months ago...im learning how to play slowly but surely! actually...im catching on pretty fast...ever since i could remember i've always wanted to play bass. as soon as i am a "bassmasta" i WILL get an upright and learn to play it! I am in a band with my hubby jorge and our good friend joe. I play bass of course, my hubby plays guitar, and joe plays keyboards...oh yeah and he also sings. we just started the band when i got my bass...so we still have a long ways to go...but i think we do extremely well...considering neither one of us has ever played an instrument before now.....
