Well, my musical background consists of the trombone. I started playing the trombone back when I was a little tyke, about 11 years ago. I eventually picked up the bass about 4 years ago to play some jazz stuff at my high school, but I eventually took interest in the world of metal. The trombone helped a lot with the theory I learned in the process of figuring out how to play the thing well. I eventually went to college as a music education major, but changed major after 3 semesters of music theory hell. Now I remain a college student majoring in communications media, in hopes of getting into the world of radio. But, right there with my college studies, is my enjoyment in playing the bass in my band Hexen.
