| i have been playing the bass for about two years, and i love it. me and my two friends have been playing in a band together for a little over six months. one of them plays the guitar and the other one sings. and i sing backup vocals.
i enjoy and respect all types of music, but my favorite is rock. punk, hardcore, classic, experimental, etc. it is impossible for me to choose a single favorite band because my musical taste is so broad, but i have to say THE MARS VOLTA, and AT THE DRIVE-IN are definately at the top of my list. ever since i first heard ATDI i have been hooked. they are my inspiration to be in a band. and when Cedric and Omar formed MARS VOLTA i was in awe of their greatness. i am convinced that THE MARS VOLTA will go down in history as the greatess band ever.

| The equipment that I own
-A Yamaha bass guitar (my baby) that i got at a pawn shop for $150
-A Fender Squier that i got as a gift for christmas
-A a banjo that i made in high school in a class sponsored by Deering
-And a mic and PA system that we use to jam out in the garage and stuff |

| Right now our band's name is ROLODEX PROPAGANDA with all due respect to AT THE DRIVE-IN because they have made a huge impact in our lives. and our first gig is this Saturday, May 6. where will be doing a cover of ONE ARMED SCISSOR. there will be a video of our performance on my "myspace" page. search for
