| Bio: |
| When I finished reading a book a few weeks ago, I realized I wanted to do somehting with my life, like something good, something, I want to change the world for the better. I want to escape mediocrity and make people see that this isn't life, life isn't working 9-5 on a shitty job that you hate, and the only reason you stay is because society has you so brainwashed that working a boring day job is your future, it's whats expected of you but man, you've got to open your eyes and see, see that this isn't what you can be, this isn't what you wanted to be when you were an infant, an adolesent, or a teenager, you wanted to shake things up and change the world until the goverment and society crushed those dreams and told you to do something "productive" with your life, cause the man tells you dreaming is a waste of time. Screw that, man if you dwant to dream man thats hip and thats all there is to life, to have dreams and goals and even if you don't reach those you'll die knowing you tried your hardest and no one, not your teachers, your boss or the faceless corperations that are destroying the very essence of humanity, can take that away. And you can die knowing that you didn't settle for the shit society dumped on your plate. Man, You have to stand up and question autority, thats the problem with youth today, we don't question authority enough, we don't sit down and ask ourselves if what everyone is telling us is right, we don't question anything we take it as it comes and we don't know anything else. I'm not saying suthority is bad, authority is what holds this world together, no matter how corrupt or sick it is, we need it, but it doesn't have to be that way, it can leave people to be free and do what they want and let people strive for their goals, but thats what we need to do, the people of the world, WE, our generation, need to do, we need to change how the system works. I ain't talking about communism or govermental revolution, I'm talking about a change in how people think, on how they view the world, we need to change how the system tells people their place. We need to change the world.

| Other Interests: |
| I like blues(acoustic/electric) like John Lee Hooker, Lightnin' Hopkins, Muddy Waters. Classic Rock and it's other endless sub genres, Cream, Pink Floyd, Van Morrison, The Who. I'm into punk(whatever you want to classify is as) The Ramones, The Clash, The Misfits, The Dead Kennedys. Im also into all the pre-punk rock that influenced all the great punk bands of the 70's, like Velvet Underground, The Stooges, and the MC5. You know. I'll tell you how I got into music(prior to this story I had no interest in music save my parents sublime CD that I would listen to sometimes)...Ok it all starts when my friend in Illinios(were I used to live) came up to Madison for a week or so and I forgot to get him a B-Day present. So when we were bored one day we went to the music shop and I had some money to burn so I bought a Slayer CD for my friend because well, Slayers a cool name, Then I stumble onto The Ramones "Anthology" and I've heard from a few people and TV that the Ramones were pretty hip so I bought my first real album for 30 bucks. We walked back to the house and put in The Ramones and it hit me like a brick wall, and I immediatly started to waste away the summer listening to The Ramones 24/7. For christmas later that year my friend got one of those shitty 50$ off the shelf guitars you get at a department store and a year after that I bought my Ibanez and my life changed. Man its crazy to think how one CD can change my view on life and change my whole mindset. I'm thinking of composing a letter to the remaining Ramones thanking them for their contribution to my life. |
