Hey, I'm Kieran. I had always wanted to play bass since i was about 10 or 11. I got some money for my 16th birthday, went out and bought a bass guitar and havn't put it down since. Used to be in a 70's style rock band called 'Strange Obsession'. Had to leave that band which was a shame because they are bloody good. Equipment:

At the moment I own two guitars. One is a copy of a Fender Precision Bass which is OK for a first instrument. The other which i got for christmas is a Greg Bennett, Fairlane bass, which is absolutely lovely. Got a small 20w practice amp, but I need something bigger for gigs. Looking at the Laney R4 Bass amp or R4H stack.

Musical Skills/Knowledge:

Bass and some simple guitar. Can read and write tab.

Other Interests:

Like many forms of music from Blues and Jazz, to Punk, rock and Metal. Would rather cut my own fingers off than listen to R&B though. My favorate bands are Iron Maiden and Led Zeppelin, simply because they are the best and my hero has to be Steve Harris. I also enjoy movies, mainly action and horror. I like going to concerts (who dosn't) and spending time with my friends and my band.
